Buche de Noel
A flourless chocolate roulade filled with a thin layer of ganache & whipped cream, rolled & finished with our “to die for” fudge frosting combed to look like tree bark. Marzipan holly, sugar berries, marzipan mushrooms, gold dust & chocolate shavings round out this traditional dessert.
Alternating layers of vanilla pound cake, milk chocolate toffee ganache & milk chocolate mousse. Covered in light blue buttercream & decorated with shimmering fondant snowflakes.
Silver white cake filled lemon mascarpone mousse finished in a ginger buttercream. Decorated with white confetti.
Chocolate Peppermint Layer Cake
Light chocolate cake filled with peppermint ganache finished with peppermint fudge frosting topped with red & white striped buttercream & holiday sprinkles around the bottom edge.
Sponge cake soaked with coffee syrup layered with mascarpone mousse & surrounded by coffee soaked ladyfingers. The cake is tied with a gold ribbon topped with mini chocolate curls & gold dust.
Yellow cupcake baked with fresh cranberries filled with caramel topped with vanilla buttercream & fondant snowflakes.
Santa Hat Cupcake
Red velvet cupcake finished with cream cheese frosting dipped in red white chocolate with vanilla buttercream piping around the edge & on top.
Gingerbread cookie crumbs with layers of vanilla cheesecake & gingerbread cake baked together. Topped with mascarpone mousse, caramel & ginger cookie crumbs.
Vanilla crust baked with a brandy infused cheesecake & a spiced sour cream topping.
