Menu starts February 2nd through February 14th
The perfect pairing of vanilla & chocolate…alternating layers of white & chocolate cakes filled with white & bittersweet chocolate mousse & white & dark chocolate crispies. Finished with white chocolate buttercream in lavender & pearl dragees & red hearts cascading in the front.
Passion Fruit & Raspberry Cake
Heart shaped vanilla pound cake filled with passion fruit mascarpone mousse & fresh raspberries. Frosted in raspberry buttercream with the sides covered in large rosettes & finished red hearts.

Rich chocolate devils food cake filled with strawberry compote & milk chocolate mousse. Covered in fudge frosting with white fondant letters saying I “Heart”
Strawberry cake & vanilla bean frosting topped with a pastel heart & cute sayings on each
Lemon cake filled with lemon curd topped with citrus buttercream with holiday sprinkles
Long stemmed strawberries dipped in chocolate with a variety of designs
Peach & Cherry Pie
Peaches & cherries in a flaky crust topped with coconut streusel.
White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake
Chocolate cookie crust baked with white chocolate raspberry swirl white chocolate cheesecake & concentric circles of raspberry hearts.
Shortbread finished with different royal icing designs; placed in a cellophane bag, tied with ribbon.
