CHRISTMAS MENU 2017

Buche de Noel

A flourless chocolate roulade filled with a thin layer of ganache & whipped cream, rolled & finished with our “to die for” fudge frosting combed to look like tree bark.  Marzipan holly, sugar berries, marzipan mushrooms, gold dust & chocolate shavings round out this traditional dessert.

Snowflake Cake

Alternating layers of vanilla pound cake, milk chocolate toffee ganache & milk chocolate mousse.  Covered in light blue buttercream & decorated with shimmering fondant snowflakes.

Christmas Ombre

Silver white cake filled with raspberry mascarpone mousse & fresh raspberries.  Finished in a red brushed ombre buttercream.

Chocolate Peppermint Layer Cake

Light chocolate cake filled with peppermint ganache & white chocolate mousse finished with peppermint fudge frosting with an evergreen design.

Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake

Fudge brownie base topped with dark chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse, vanilla mousse, dark chocolate shavings & fresh raspberries.

Lemon Coconut Cupcake

Lemon cupcake filled with lemon curd topped with citrus buttercream, sweetened coconut & a red fondant bow.

Red Velvet Cupcake

Red velvet cake topped with red & white cream cheese frosting, a green fondant tree & glitter.

Red Velvet/White Chocolate Cheesecake

Red velvet cake baked with white chocolate cheesecake finished with white chocolate shavings & Christmas sprinkles.

Eggnog Cheesecake

Vanilla crust baked with a brandy infused cheesecake & a spiced sour cream topping.
