Buche de Noel
A flourless chocolate roulade filled with a thin layer of ganache & whipped cream, rolled & finished with our “to die for” fudge frosting and combed to look like tree bark. Marzipan holly, sugar berries, marzipan mushrooms, gold dust & chocolate shavings round out this traditional dessert.
Alternating layers of vanilla pound cake, milk chocolate toffee ganache & milk chocolate mousse. Covered in light blue buttercream & decorated with shimmering fondant snowflakes.
Our silver white cake filled with mixed berries & vanilla pastry cream. Finished in red & white watercolor design, topped with a sugar paste poinsettia.
Santa Hat Cupcake
Red velvet cupcake finished with cream cheese frosting dipped in red white chocolate with vanilla buttercream piping around the edge & on top.
We started with graham cracker crust then topped it with a layer of caramel and toasted pecans, then we baked a vanilla cheesecake with chocolate & caramel swirls, & finished it all with a dark chocolate and caramel mousse, more toasted pecans, & Christmas sprinkles.
White Chocolate Candy Cane Cheesecake
Chocolate cookie crust, white chocolate cheesecake sprinkled with peppermint candy canes. Topped with peppermint whipped cream, and candy cane sprinkles.
Vanilla cookie crust baked with a light coffee cheesecake & coffee soaked lady fingers. Topped with mascarpone mousse and dusted with cocoa powder.
