A chocolate cookie crust with a marshmallow cream filling with a hint of
Crème de Menthe & Crème de Cocoa finished with chocolate shavings.
Green Velvet Cake
Alternating layers of green velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. Frosted in
more cream cheese with cake crumbs on the side & a fondant shamrock on top.
St. Patty’s Cupcake
Chocolate cupcake filled with milk chocolate & baileys irish cream mousse topped with light green & white buttercream and shamrock sprinkles
Decorated Shamrock Cookies
Shortbread cookies decorated with green & white royal icing &sanding sugar. Bagged & tied with curling ribbon.
Irish Soda Bread
A moist bread with currants, golden raisins
& candied lemon.
